Duties & Import Fees
European Union
Orders shipped within the European Union are generally not subject to import duties upon delivery.
United States
By placing an order with us, you acknowledge that your purchase may be shipped from outside the United States and that you are importing the goods for personal, non-commercial use. You will be listed as the importer of record and are responsible for complying with all applicable customs regulations.
All Other Countries
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). This means that duties, taxes, and import fees may be charged by your local customs authority upon delivery. Payment of these fees is the responsibility of the recipient and is required in order to receive the shipment.
