No Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any purchases, including but not limited to change of mind, incorrect address, sizing issues, buyer’s remorse, or failure to receive a package due to recipient unavailability.

Delivery Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate, complete, and accessible, and for being available to receive the shipment or coordinate delivery directly with the courier.

If a delivery attempt fails due to recipient unavailability, failure to respond to the courier, refusal of delivery, or failure to arrange redelivery or pickup, the order will be considered fulfilled and will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.


Replacement Orders

Replacement orders may be issued solely at our discretion as a goodwill gesture.

 

Once a replacement order has been produced or shipped, the order becomes final and non-refundable. No further replacements or refunds will be issued.


Customers who prefer a refund instead of a replacement must notify us before the replacement order is processed or dispatched.
